Administrative centre of Radowell community is the village of Radowell, Olevsky district, Zhytomyr region, Ukraine.
The village of Radowell was founded in 1496.
The population is 1,671 people.
The primary objective is: to develop a comfy to live and work village.

Project Radowell tasks:
- working out of mechanisms for restoring rural communities; and mechanisms of organizing effective agrarian business on small plots of land
- development of mechanisms for revival of prosperous peasant strata “kurkul”
- elaborating on mechanisms for establishing local authorities who will work exclusively for the interests of the community

Radowell Project directions:
Education space
Building a modern education space at the premises of Radowell School-Biotechnological Lyceum.
Construction of a new kindergarten, creating technical and technological capabilities to introduce modern methodology of working with children.

Tasks:
- creating conditions allowing the individual to reveal
- establishing a standing association of teachers open for self-development
- organizing necessary equipment for school to create the environment inspiring for development
Guiding principles:
The concept is focused on providing quality education services, creating optimal conditions for children and adults to get high-grade education and active cooperation between teachers, parents and children.
Educating and teaching children to be settled in life under constantly changing conditions. To be personally and socially successful and happy is to be able to give a sense of purpose!
It means: to build a career, start a family and salvage a marriage, develop and keep social ties, not to be afraid to make mistakes. This is not an academic progress (doing well in school), but success in life.
Local business
The source of income of locals, source of pumping up the budget and forming prosperous peasant strata “kurkul”.

Areas of business:
- growing berries (blueberries/raspberries) on an industrial scale (bring growing on an area of 1 000 hectares and on plots of land attached to houses over a period of 10 years)
- growing cucumbers/tomatoes in greenhouses located on plots of land attached to houses (build 200 greenhouses of 500-600 square meters in area each in a period of 5 years)
- apiculture (bring the total number of hives to 1,000 in a period of 5 years)
Medical services

The concept provides for the availability of health care institution and a team of experts to perform five main functions:
- providing emergency medical care
- conducting preventive examination of the population to detect diseases at early stages (managing risk groups)
- treating simple diseases
- providing tertiary referral in case of complex diseases
- building awareness among the population aimed at preserving health and prolongation of life.
RDFU for Radowell Project
On the basis of the defined specific initiatives, RDFU develops and implements appropriate actions aimed maximizing communication, increasing the impact and visibility of the project activity.

The tasks include the following activities:
- develop a comprehensive Communication Plan based on objectives and activities of the Radowell Project, including the definition of specific actions focused on the different target groups
- undertaking actions for increasing awareness related to the Project and its activities (development and dissemination of project's broshure, informational and motivational videorolls, etc.)
- development and maintaining web sites:
- development and maintaining profil pages of social networks:
- contact with the related media
- advise the Project Initiator and sponsor Mykhaylo Veselsky Coordinator and the Project on public awareness and visibility issue. Work under the direct supervision of the Project initiator and sponsor Mykhaylo Veselsky.
